Jürgen Kalwa is a U.S.-based composer, music producer, and writer living in Northwest Connecticut. With a creative background spanning radio journalism, media production, and audio storytelling, his work as a composer focuses on rich, narrative-driven instrumental music crafted for broadcast radio, online visual media, podcasts, and audiobooks. During the years he wrote about music he not only had the opportunity to interview renowned musicians (such as Sheryl Crown, Mark Knopfler, Steve Winwood, Little Steven, and Giorgio Moroder), but also to see hundreds of rock and pop acts play live in small and large venues (including Prince, Bruce Springsteen, Steve Wonder, the Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, the Ramones and the Clash).

Kalwa serves as the creator and producer behind Rocky River Radio, a multi-continental collaborative music project featuring international session musicians and audio engineers.
